A space to feel understood, challenged, and supported
Meet Shelby
I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, eating disorders, and relationship challenges.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in what actually helps in your day-to-day life. Therapy with me isn’t about just talking - it’s about understanding patterns, building insight, and making real changes that feel sustainable.
My path to becoming a therapist began with my own experience in therapy at a young age, which inspired my passion for creating a space where clients feel heard, seen, and safe. As someone with ADHD, I understand firsthand how frustrating it can feel when your brain doesn’t work the way you want it to, especially when you’re trying your best.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of patterns that feel confusing or overwhelming. We’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck and build practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life, not just talk about in session.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something to change, I’m here to help. You can reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit, or book right into my calendar if you're ready to get started.
